This merger would just spell doom for all consumers. The end result would be higher prices, decrease innovation and greatly reduce competition. The DOJ made the right decision to try and stop the merger, they truly are looking out the the consumer.

like it had to go back and get another new one, speaker had a bad buzzing noise. guy at verizon store said it was a loose pin, he said he saw this before with other phones first for bionic.

This phone SUCKS. It's the lemon of lemons. My fiance's Google Nexus S has been a torture device, gotten 3 replacement models b/c of faulty software and a complete lack of physical integrity.
